Annual salary: Basic salary of £30,00 with OTE up to £120,000.

We have an opportunity for a sales controller to join our car supermarket.
You will be responsible for:
Setting and delivering sales volume targets.
Upselling the benefits of finance and insurance products.
Maximising profitability per unit.
Ensuring procedures are followed and keep staff in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Aftersales- Liaising with customers to resolve aftersales enquiries.
Hiring and monitoring the performance of the sales execs and hold daily sales meetings.
Conducting sales training and monitoring.
Ensuring customer service is consistently excellent.
About you:
This role would suit a sales manager/sales controller with retail sales experience in the motor industry, who has well developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and are able to hit targets.
You will need exceptionally high standards and the ability to bring new and innovative processes into the department and will continue to drive performance.

Experience:
You must have a minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience.
1 year of sales management experience is preferred.
